Our Company Policies


If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply request 24-hour notice of cancellation. If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else. Your consideration is appreciated because the sooner you call us the greater our chances of providing this time to someone else.

If a person fails to show for an appointment and does not provide 24-hour notice prior to canceling then Pure Nutrition LLC will charge the rate of $50 for payment of the missed appointment to you. 

Email Support

As an active client of Pure Nutrition LLC, email support is provided as a complimentary service, provided that it does not replace follow-up care or consultations. If extensive email or phone communications is replacing scheduled or unscheduled future appointments, it will be billed at 15-minute increments.


Medical insurance companies may or may not offer coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy. Pure Nutrition LLC will verify benefits for Medical Nutrition Therapy and/or Nutrition Education under your health plan prior to scheduling your appointment. Once benefits have been verified, we will contact you to schedule your appointment and advise you of your insurance benefits and payment responsibilities. Payment for service is due by the day of service by cash, check, or credit card. Package fees are to be paid upfront, unless otherwise arranged. Checks are to be made payable to Pure Nutrition LLC. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. If cash is your preferred method of payment, please provide the exact amount, as we do not keep cash on hand. Payment for nutrition counseling includes communication with Pure Nutrition LLC as well as reasonable phone and email communication outside of the session at no extra charge. However, please refer to the email support policy.
